Jordan Brand will salute his Airness’s brief baseball career with a new Air Jordan 1 OG Hi and 9 Retro. Fresh off his first three-peat in the NBA with the Chicago Bulls, Jordan signed a minor league baseball contract with the Chicago White Sox , and in 1994, played with their farm team the Birmingham Barons. Just in case you forgot or you aren’t old enough to remember here are a few pictures of MJ, in his #45 jersey.

The ‘Barons’ 1, which brings white, black and neutral grey together on an upper that features ‘Black Toe’ and Black ‘Nike swoosh’ branding. Baseball Pinstripes on the interior and a grey rubber outsole finishes off the look below.

The ‘Barons 9’ are grey, white and black with baseball pin stripes as well that mimic his Barons baseball jersey.  The retro 9’s will also feature 45 on the back of the shoe, obviously because thats the number he wore during his baseball stint.
