I am still in disbelief. Former WWE Diva Chyna, real name Joanie Laurer, has passed away according to her management team. Her team used her Twitter account to confirm her passing by sharing a statement.
“It is with deep sadness to inform you today that we lost a true icon, a real life superhero. They said. “She will live forever in the memories of her millions of fans and all of us that loved her.”
#RipChyna 😢😢😢 all of us on team Chyna love you and will love you forever babe.

According to ProWrestlingSheet.com, she was discovered at her home. Chyna was a professional body builder before she began her wrestling career in the late 90’s, and quickly made a name for herself. Since leaving the WWE in 2001, she wrestled sporadically, but struggled with addiction for years, even appearing on Celebrity Rehab in 2008.
Often referred to as “The 9th Wonder of The World,” Chyna has left a lasting legacy as the most dominant female competitor of all time. May she rest in peace.
