This Saturday (June 25th) is the 20th anniversary of the release of Jay Z’s classic debut album Reasonable Doubt.

Jay Z, and his partners Kareem Biggs” Burke, and Dame Dash released the album themselves and the rest is history, the project spawned their label Roc A Fella records, a clothing line, films, liquor deals and more. Over the weekend there will be celebrations of of the project world wide, Biggs will host the opening of the Apt. 4B concept shop in conjunction with his denim company, Fourth of November, photograther Jonathan Mannion will host a pop-up event in London and theres no word yet of how Dame or Jay will celebrate yet. With all the attention the album will be receiving this weekend, site The Kobie Chronicles has collected some people who were also apart of the album to give never heard before stories about the making of the project.
