All is well with Justin Timberlake, earlier this week fans were concerned with the direction he was taking with his new project ‘Man of the Woods.’The promo clip showed Justin in woods of Tennessee, giving everyone country music vibes for the direction of the album. Late Thursday JT dropped the lead single for the album along with the video. “Filthy” is a very funky-Prince inspired track produced by Timbaland, and Danja, with James Fauntleroy and Larrance Dopson also contributing additional writing credits. Collaborators on Timberlake’s new album range from the Neptunes to Chris Stapleton. The video finds JT playing a Steve Jobs-styled robot inventor dancing entertaining a crowd of fans. Timberlake’s first album in 5 years arrives on February 2, just days before he’ll make his second Super Bowl Halftime Show appearance when he performs in Minneapolis on February 4.
