It’s been over 10 years since the boy band called it quits, but now page 6 of the New York Post is reporting that ‘N Sync could in fact be reuniting for a special performance at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. That’s right, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez, Chris Kilpatrick, Lance Bass, and Justin Timberlake are rumored to be taking the stage together again at this Sunday’s show. While JT was already set to perform, he’ll also be receiving the honor of the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award . Reports on the reunion speculate that the band will reunite to celebrate Timberlake’s award.

This past Friday, the band members were spotted in the VIP section of Jay Z and JT’s Legends of the Summer tour stop in Miami, joining Jessica Biel and Justin’s mom Lynn Harless. After they released their Celebrity album in 2001, appearances from all 5 members has been pretty rare. ‘N Sync still holds the record for most albums sold in a week, with their No Strings Attached album moving 2.4 Million copies. Can’t wait to see how it all plays out this Sunday? Take a look at one of their most memorable performances below:
