Nas was recently honored by receiving the Jimmy Iovine Icon Award at the 2016 RMC Awards in October, and he sat down for an interview with current Revolt TV vice chairman Andre Harrell.

During the pair’s Music Talks segment, which aired on Revolt on Christmas Day, Nasty Nas detailed his creative input on the ‘Hood Classic,’ ‘Belly’ with director Hype Williams, his first memories of Queensbridge rap and the racial backlash to Barack Obama’s Presidency. Nas also revealed his current top five, which includes J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross.
