Colbert Accused of Racists Comments

Colbert

This is just another case of a joke going too far. According to Entertainment Weekly, “Stephen Colbert outraged online followers Thursday with an offensive-sounding and out-of-context tweet made on his Colbert Report account. The message posted March 27 at 4:02 p.m. (screen shot below) mocked Asian stereotypes. Offended readers slammed the message and spawned a #CancelColbert hashtag. The tweet was later deleted.” Stephen Colbert’s on screen persona is known for being ultra conservative, in blatant terms, but at times painfully ignorant.

“Chelsea intends to leave when her contract expires. She hired me to figure out her life after E! We have at least seven suitors and many ideas,” Chelsea‘s manager Irving Azoff said in a statement.” She’s a had a pretty decent run with the Chelsea lately show for the past 8 years. “Handler reportedly makes $9 million a year while delivering average viewership of 572,000 a night — a decline in ratings from two years ago”, reports BusinessInsider. Though this may be the end of the Chelsea Lately Show, this definitely won’t be the last you see of her. Chelsea already has 7 suitors eagerly pitching for her next project.

“James Wan, the film’s director, broke the news about resuming in filming by posting a photo on Instagram from set with the caption, “First day back filming. Better and stronger.” Of course there’s no word as to what they’ll do with Paul Walker’s character, especially since the screenwriter Chris Morgan had to do some pretty drastic changes to the script. Fast & Furious 7 was supposed to be released this July, but due to the tragic accident was pushed back to  April 2015. Fans can’t help but be anxious to see what’s to come of the beloved movie franchise.

Pharrell Williams Joins The Voice Season 7

In the usual ‘Voice’ fashion, it started with the turn of their big red judges chair. Instead of a person being in the chair we saw the now infamous hat that Pharrell wore to the Oscars and a few magazine covers. And there we have it, Pharrell will be taking over Cee Lo Green’s former chair. Pretty damn awesome replacement if you ask me.
