The 2014 Billboard Music Awards kicked off in full swing tonight with most of today’s chart topping stars being in attendance. Hosted by Ludacris, the show was ushered in by Pitbull, who was later joined by Icon Award winner Jennifer Lopez. Elsewhere, Iggy Azalea took the stage performing “Fancy” with Charli XCX, before Ariana Grande joined in for her Iggy-assisted single “Problem.”
Robin Thicke even took the stage tonight, debuting “Get Her Back,” which addresses the touchy subject of his separation from estranged wife Paula Patton, and is his attempt to make things right. Perhaps the most talked about performance of the night however, will be none other than the King of Pop Michael Jackson, who for one night only hit the stage in Holographic form. MJ rocked the stage to “Slave To The Rhythm,” off the newly released post humous album Xscape. All this and more of the night’s stand out performances can be found below.
